Preparation

  • Rinse the chickpeas under cool water and prepare your cucumber by dicing it and crumbling the feta cheese.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas and cucumber.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
