- 1 –2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- Juice of 1–2 limes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Avocado Salsa:
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 small tomato diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Optional: fresh cilantro
Pat salmon dry and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, mix avocado, tomato, red onion, lime juice, and salt to make salsa.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
