Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: orange zest
  • Optional: green onions and sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in orange juice, soy sauce, and honey.
  • Bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens.
  • Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or orange zest if desired.
  • Serve warm.

  • Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness and tanginess to taste.
  • Do not overcook chicken to keep it tender.
