- Dry Ingredients
- 1½ cups whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Wet Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or applesauce
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup milk dairy or plant-based
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, Greek yogurt or applesauce, honey or maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract.
Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into the loaf pan.
Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
