- 1 small sweet apple Honeycrisp or Fuji, finely diced or grated

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- ½ teaspoon baking soda

Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
