Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, etc.
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or sesame oil
  • Optional: green onions and sesame seeds
  • Optional: cooked rice or noodles

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground turkey and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned, breaking it apart.
  • Add vegetables and cook for 3–5 minutes until slightly tender.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  • Pour sauce over the turkey and vegetables.
  • Stir and let simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add cornstarch slurry if desired and cook until sauce thickens.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • Do not overcook vegetables to keep them crisp.
  • Adjust sweetness and saltiness to taste.
  • Drain excess liquid from turkey if needed.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Reheat with a splash of water if sauce thickens.
