Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries rinsed and dried
  • 1 ½ cups fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 2 kiwis or 1 mango peeled and sliced
  • For the Citrus Honey Dressing
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 ½ –2 tbsp honey to taste
  • ½ tsp orange or lemon zest optional
  • Tiny pinch of salt
  • Optional Garnish
  • Fresh mint or basil finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.
  • Cut fruit into similar-sized pieces and add to a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon or lime juice, honey, zest, and salt.
  • Drizzle dressing evenly over the fruit.
  • Gently toss until just coated.
  • Let rest for 5–10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs just before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm fruit for the best texture.
  • Dry fruit well after washing to prevent excess liquid.
  • Add delicate fruits like bananas only right before serving.
