- 1 cup creamy unsweetened almond butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips or chunks 60–70% cacao
Preheat oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, stir together almond butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until fully combined.
