- 1½ cups roasted red peppers drained very well
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 clove garlic or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional garnish: olive oil drizzle smoked paprika, chopped parsley or basil
Drain roasted red peppers thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
Add roasted red peppers, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to a food processor or blender.
Blend for 30–60 seconds, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish if desired.
Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
