- ¾ –1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk well shaken
- 1 ripe banana fresh or frozen

- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Prep
Scoop avocado flesh into the blender.
If you want a thicker, colder smoothie, freeze the banana in advance.
Shake coconut milk well before measuring.
Blending Method
Add coconut milk to the blender first.
Add avocado, banana, vanilla, citrus juice (if using), and sweetener if desired.
Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth and silky.
Scrape down sides if needed and blend again briefly.
Texture Check
Smoothie should be thick and pourable.
